How long does an appointment take?
Most appointments take 45–60 minutes, including your consultation, assessment and infusion.
What happens before treatment?
You’ll complete a medical questionnaire and our clinician will review your health, check your vitals and determine the best treatment for you.
Is IV therapy safe?
Yes, for most healthy adults. All treatments are performed by qualified healthcare professionals using strict clinical protocols.
How often can I receive IV therapy?
Frequency depends on your individual needs and medical history. Your clinician will recommend an appropriate schedule.
What should I wear?
Wear something comfortable which exposes both upper limbs from fingers to above elbow.
What payment methods do you accept?
Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. It is unrelated to any travel fees.
In person: We accept Zelle, Cash App and card payments.
Do you charge travel fees?
Yes, travel fees apply based on your location. The applicable fee will be confirmed at the time of booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If not, full payment must be made.
